A standard lap of Te Hāora
Start around the 200m mark on the Lovelock Track. The change zone will be marked off with cones. Then head out through the gate nearest the club room. Go around the basketball court sticking inside the cones and across the foot bridge. On the other side, turn right and run down the footpath through War Memorial Park and across the second bridge until you see the sign. Then turn right and run through the taped off course across the grass to the footpath on the other side. Turn right back onto the footpath, then run back towards Sandringham Road. Enter the track again and finish your lap with 300m of the track.
The footpath will be open to other park users so please treat everyone with respect and keep everyone safe.
