About the Event
Come and run for your club in a fun relay event. Last year it was at Sacred Heart College in Glendowie. Venue TBC this year. Legs are short - 2.5 k each and timed so the idea is that you run as close to your predicted time as you can. We'll have trials before the AGM to try out your pacing strategies and pick some teams.
