About the Event
Meet at 6:30 for a 7:00 start. Run either 3000m, 5000m or 8000m. You can run continuously or use this as an interval session. There will be pacers available running at 3:30 per kilometre, 3:50 per kilometre and 4:30 per kilometre. We'll head to A Social on Mt Albert Road after for a beer.
We'll have the music on and we have a photographer on the night so look sharp :)
Everyone welcome. Non-members might like to provide a small koha.
Please RSVP so we can see who's interested and also get an idea of what you'd like in terms of paces.
