Lightning Bolts

This week Dion's in charge!

The Lightning Bolts are a junior running squad focusing on distance running through the winter. We train together on Wednesday nights, run the Owairaka parkrun together on Saturday mornings and some of us race interclub events too. The emphasis is on having a run, learning some skills, playing some games and keeping it all fun. Bring a head torch if you have one :)
