About the Event
As we head into Autumn, our focus changes to road and cross country. Come down to Owai next week and give it a try. Ages 7 and up! Here's how the night will work:
A game
A jog (1k or 2k)
Some drills
A run round a marked 1k cross country circuit (1, 2, 3 or 4 laps)
A cool down
