About the Event
1 pair in a team for U18 and above. 2 pairs in a team for U16s and below. Pairs start together. 1 runs round the circuit clockwise. 1 runs anticlockwise. They meet in the middle, change baton, turn round and run back the way they came. Pairs finish together.
