About the Event
Set off with your partner but run the course in different directions. One goes left. One goes right. When you meet your partner, hand over the baton, turn round and run back the way you came. You run down the finish line with your partner. It's almost impossible to get lost ...
It's at Cornwall Park and the sun nearly always shines. It's on farmland, so you need shoes - xc spikes are ideal. Regular running shoes are fine. Each runner will run about 3 k. Junior teams are made up of 4.... so 4 boys or 4 girls. U18/U20 up are made up of 2.
Please register by Wednesday so we know how many teams to enter.
