About the Event
Enter this event if you think your 5000m will be more than 18 minutes. If you are quicker than this, do the other race. Meet at 5:30 for a warm up, wind sprints and then your time trial starts at 5.55 sharp. 12.5 laps. Count laps yourself and time yourself. There are no special shoe rules for this event you can wear anything you like.
The Time Trial is limited to 10 people but even if it is full, put yourself on the waitlist and we will organise a second group.
Please stay home if you have any COVID-19 symptoms or are otherwise unwell
After your time trial, please leave promply, we have another group meeting at 6:00 and starting at 6.30 and it's important the 2 groups don't mix
Please keep 2m distance from each other and from other groups using the track, and wear a mask when not…
