About the Event
Enter this event if you think your 5000m will be quicker than 18 minutes. If you are slower than this, do the other race. Meet at 6:00 for a warm up, wind sprints and then your time trial starts at 6.30 sharp. 12.5 laps. Count laps yourself and time yourself. There are no special shoe rules for this event. You can wear anything you like.
The Time Trial is limited to 10 people but even if it is full, put yourself on the waitlist and we will organise a second group.
- Please stay home if you have any COVID-19 symptoms or are otherwise unwell
- Please do not arrive at the venue before 6.00. We have an earlier group starting their time trial at 5.55 and it is important the 2 groups don't mix
- Please keep 2m distance from each other and from other groups using the track, and wear a mask when not exercising
- Clubrooms are closed. The public toilets at the track are open.
