Owairaka Athletics has a proud history in athletics dating back more than 80 years. We're a family friendly club that reflects the diversity of the Owairaka community. Our athletes enjoy a supportive environment, connected to Athletics NZ best practice. We champion both competitive excellence and the enjoyment of participation.
JUNIORS
Our junior athletics program caters for children from 3 - 15 years in age. We run age specific activities and training which becomes more specialised as our athletes progress. We have a specific focus on creating a family friendly atmosphere where our junior athletes have fun and thrive.
SENIORS
Our senior athletics squad is a highly supportive and friendly bunch. The senior program caters for social to competitive athletes and everyone in between, and we would love to see you at one of our regular club events.
