About the Event
ITAAF World Championship 10,000m on Saturday 20th June 2020 is your chance to race against, and rub shoulders with, true amateur elite athletes from all over the world. This of course assumes that government COVID-19 directives allow us to hold an event at this time.
In the lead up, we are organising a series of time trials gradually building up the intensity from 1/4 effort to 3/4 effort, over a variety of distances, to ease you (back) into the road racing and cross country season for when it starts up again.
We'll finish this series by hosting the 10,000m on the 20th June.
All time trials and events will be run on a super fast, extremely accurate, flat, traffic free course with loo stops every 400m.

Meet 6pm for warm up. Time trials and 10,000m Champs will start 6:15pm

Tuesday 26th May 2020. 6pm. 1500m @ 1/4 effort.
Saturday 30th May 2020. 6pm. 10k @ 1/2 effort.
Thursday 4th June 2020. 6pm. 3km @ 1/2 effort.
Tuesday 9th June 2020. 6pm. 1500M @ 1/2 effort.
Saturday 13th June 2020. 6pm. 5km @ 3/4 effort.
Tuesday 16th June 2020. 6pm. 800m @ 3/4 effort.
Saturday 20th June 2020. 6pm. ITAAF World Championship 10,000 @ FULL THROTTLE.
